• Bet acceptance: A bet is considered accepted and binding only once a confirmation has been issued by the 96vip system. Bets that have not received a system-generated confirmation are not valid.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned promptly. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Voluntary closure: Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting 96vip's customer support team via live chat or email. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within one business day. Any withdrawable balance in the account at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's registered payment method.
